Perry as an Executive Partner at Haskoll and a senior MEP design expert has over 30 years of experience in building engineering and MEP design consultancy. As a professionally registered electrical engineer and a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, he has worked with numerous leading international firms and accumulated extensive project experience across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Canada, and Southeast Asia. Leveraging his exceptional engineering expertise and outstanding leadership, Perry has led and participated in the design review of numerous technically sophisticated and highly efficient projects. His work spans a broad range of sectors, including commercial offices, banking, retail, residential, education, and various redevelopment projects. He has particularly extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having contributed to the design and management of multiple internationally renowned hotel and convention centre projects, including The Eaton Hotel Group (Hong Kong), Hyatt Hotels, the Ritz-Carlton, and Shangri-La Hotels.
