Recently, HSKC had the honour of assisting the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in successfully organising a study tour in Guilin from February 27 to March 1, 2025. The event aimed to help members gain a deeper understanding of industry developments in cities beyond Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, particularly focusing on local sustainable development projects, thereby enriching and expanding the content of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning. The HKIS expressed their heartfelt gratitude to HSKC for their strong support and presented a commemorative plaque and flag as a token of appreciation.

In the early stages of the event, HSKC actively participated in recommending projects for the study tour and assisted in arranging visits to Alila Yangshuo, Banyan Tree Yangshuo Resort, and Guilin Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. Mr. Perry Lee, Executive Partner of HSKC (Shenzhen), represented the company on the tour, accompanying the group and providing detailed introductions to the design concepts and implementation details of each project. Over the past decade, High-Tech Wanda Plaza has not only become the preferred destination for daily leisure and shopping for Guilin residents but has also attracted a large number of tourists, making it a symbol of the city's commercial vibrancy.
