Haskoll completed a massive renovation of a 1971 shopping mall in the heart of Birmingham which connects to the railroad hub. The project was launched in 2009 and completed in 2015.

The pedestrian street connecting the station and the central glass atrium is the showpiece of the project. During construction, the surrounding transportation system and the original shopping center continued to operate without any impact.

Haskoll, collaborating with other construction companies, successfully built more than 60 stores in the 45,000 sqm area, including the John Lewis flagship store.
